Whether you believe it or not, life does exist outside of work! Here's a little bit about me beyond the professional world.

• I grew up outside of Philadelphia but moved to Pittsburgh after college. I much prefer black and gold. When my husband and I named our daughter, we strategically picked her middle name to start with a G so that her initials would be LGP - Let's Go Pens! (in typical second-child fashion, we didn't get as creative with our son's initials)
   
  
• One of my favorite reading genres is historical fiction. Particularly, fiction set during World War II. Favorites include The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah and All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
   
  
• My taste in music is all over the map. I came of age during the pop punk phase that brought you bands like Fall Out Boy, Paramore and All Time Low, and I will always have a soft spot for those groups. My Spotify account regularly shuffles through acts like Billy Joel, Queen, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac, Third Eye Blind, and many, many more (also be sure to ask me about the Cher phase that I went through when I was 11)
  
• My go-to karaoke song is We Didn't Start the Fire by Billy Joel. I learned all of the words when I was in the sixth grade, and they've been taking up space in my brain ever since
  
• I'm currently watching (or waiting for new seasons of): Daisy Jones & The Six, Succession, The White Lotus, Emily in Paris, Curb Your Enthusiasm, House of the Dragon, Ginny & Georgia, Suits (I'm late to the game on this one)
  
  
• I'm frequently re-watching: Game of Thrones, This Is Us, Gilmore Girls, Schitts Creek, Silicon Valley, The Good Place, How I Met Your Mother
  
  
• I'm an avid list-maker. I once made a list of all of the lists I needed to make
  
  
• I wake up, on purpose, at 4 a.m. every day. It’s my time to enjoy a cup of coffee (or three), watch the news, and plan out my day without anyone bothering me
